This policy applies to every visitor of our website and anyone who contacts us by WhatsApp, phone or email. The website is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn that we have, we delete it immediately.

• Data you give us: your phone number, WhatsApp name, and any message content (such as preferred city, date and time) you choose to share.
• Data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referring site, collected through standard server logs and analytics.
• Local storage: a small preference saved on your device to remember that you confirmed you are 18+, so the age check is not shown on every visit.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, identity documents, bank details or passwords.

• To reply to your enquiry and confirm availability.
• To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and misuse, and fix technical issues.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations and lawful requests from authorities.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by contacting us or using the website. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us (see section 9).

Enquiry chats are kept for no longer than 90 days unless needed to resolve a dispute or required by law. Server logs are kept for up to 180 days for security purposes, as required under the CERT-In directions.

The website is served over HTTPS, access to data is limited to authorised staff, and we review our safeguards regularly. No online service is completely secure, so please avoid sharing sensitive information over chat.
