• Seek, offer or attempt to arrange anything involving a person under 18 or anyone not acting of their own free will.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, record or blackmail any companion, user or staff member.
• Copy, scrape, reproduce or republish profiles, photos or content from the website.
• Upload or send content that is obscene, defamatory, infringing, or that contains malware.
• Attempt to hack, overload or interfere with the website.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information.

We have zero tolerance for trafficking, coercion and child sexual abuse material. Such matters will be reported to law enforcement and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal immediately.

Every interaction must be based on clear, ongoing consent. Companions may decline or end any meeting at any time, for any reason. Respectful, sober and lawful behaviour is required at all times.

• Photos and descriptions are provided for general information and may be edited for quality.
• Availability, rates and details can change without notice and are confirmed only at the time of enquiry.
• All website design, text, logos and graphics belong to Kashish Baby or its licensors and are protected by copyright.

• Enquiries are made only through our official WhatsApp or phone number listed on this website.
• Never pay any advance to a number or account that is not shown on this website – we are not responsible for payments made to third parties.
• Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible; any applicable terms will be shared before confirmation.

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kashish Baby is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for the conduct of any user or third party, arising from use of the website.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kashish Baby harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

We may block access, refuse enquiries or remove content at our discretion, without notice, if we believe these Terms or the law have been breached.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by writing to kashishfunclub@gmail.com, failing which the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept the changes.
